This is a red bean paste. Koreans use it and so do
the Chinese. Japan loves to use it as a sweet too.
Very sweet product.
My son Zack brought home these fish slash ice cream treats Monday night.
He bought them from from the Chinese Market on State Street. Hey they
look kind like nothing you have ever seen, but they were good. Very sweet.
